MOMENTUM
Is the organization converging on its stated goals? Not how fast, not how much. Direction.
The MRI for your product roadmap execution
Rhenari is the MRI for your roadmap. It reads the signals hidden in your productivity tools to figure out what's really happening inside your workflow, then sends the execution picture to your work chat in plain language.
TEN SPOTS · THIRTY DAYS · NO COST · NO CARD
The Instrument
Good instruments help skilled practitioners resolve what the naked eye can't reach. Rhenari resolves execution — not by forcing more manual status updates, but by reasoning about what it observes. It integrates with your team's productivity tools, stitching together a complete story from the signals hiding in your team's day-to-day, without interruption.

MOMENTUM
Is the organization converging on its stated goals? Not how fast, not how much. Direction.

CONFIDENCE
Is the signal strong enough to trust the reading? Know when the execution picture is reliable.

ACTIONABLE ALERTS
See what changed, why it matters, and what to do next in consultant-grade plain language.
Both readings arrive as consultant-grade findings in plain language, delivered directly to your work chat. Alerts arrive on their own, so you'll always know when work is drifting off course — and what to do about it — while recovery is still cheap. Now the hours go to your people instead of your status reports.
What It Connects To
More on the way — one of the benefits of joining us in beta is directing the integrations we build next.
The Beta
This isn't a trial you activate alone. We set you up on a call, together, and we stay reachable for the whole thirty days. In exchange, we ask for real usage and honest feedback — including the unflattering kind. That's the whole trade.
We onboard a few companies each week. The pace is set by attention, not marketing.
How it goes
This isn't an alpha
Rhenari is a finished product, live and transactable today. It runs on Google Workspace and Google Chat, Microsoft 365 and Teams, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Slack. Nothing here is a prototype and nothing deploys into your environment.
What these thirty days test is value. We want to see whether Rhenari's findings change what you do. That's the only open question, and it's the one we want your honest answer on.
What we ask of you — three things
What's the Catch
You get
Thirty days of Rhenari, free. The full product, not a demo build. A direct line to the founders. And real influence — your requests and experience is how the roadmap gets built.
We get
Your teams' tools connected and the product in genuine use. Honest feedback, including the unflattering kind. That's the point.
Who This Is For
Product and engineering leaders at scaling SaaS companies — the stage where informal coordination is breaking and the picture that reaches you arrives later and thinner than it used to. VP Product, VP Engineering, Chief of Staff. Multi-team organizations with real coordination surface.
Who it's not for
Rhenari is not a wellness tool, and it does not track individuals. It reads team-level execution signals, never individual performance. If you're looking for either of those, we're not your product, on purpose.
Day 30
On day 30, the beta ends. Nothing converts automatically — there's no card on file to charge. The week before, we'll ask where you're leaning, so there's time to do it properly: set you up on a plan and keep you running without interruption, or package your data and reports for a clean exit.
If you continue, you keep more than the product. You keep us — reachable, on the cadence you set. The white-glove treatment isn't a beta perk. Get used to it.
If you don't, you leave with your data, a full report of what your thirty days showed, and our genuine thanks. The export is yours; the deletion is ours. Either way, you'll know more about your organization than you did a month earlier.
How to Start
Pick a time. The button takes you straight to a calendar. Choose whatever works.
Answer a few questions. Right after you book, you'll get a short form — your stack, your team, what you're hoping Rhenari tells you. A few minutes, and it's what we use to have your setup ready before you arrive.
We set you up, live. By the end of the call, your first tools are connected and your evaluation plan is written.
On Security
Rhenari stores signals, not content. Message bodies, email, and notes are never written to storage. Rhenari is fully hosted by us; nothing deploys into your environment, and your tenant is isolated at every layer.
FAQ
Rhenari stores signals, not content. It reads the structure of work — who did what, when, how often, and how it connects to decisions, projects, and tasks. When content-read classification is enabled, source content is read ephemerally — processed in memory, discarded after classification. The signal is persisted. The content is not. Every content read is gated by consent configured during onboarding.
No. Individual-level data is never surfaced to any user. All outputs are team- and department-level, with minimum group sizes enforced. No keystrokes, no screenshots, no individual performance metrics — the instrument is pointed at the roadmap, not at people.
Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Azure DevOps, with delivery in Teams, Google Chat, or Slack. If your stack isn't listed, ask.
The security overview and a detailed architecture review, available on request. Rhenari is fully hosted SaaS; nothing deploys into your environment. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, and tenant isolation enforced at every layer.
You get a full export — scored outputs, insights, and configuration — and then we delete your tenant data. Leaving is designed to be clean.
Yes. Beta teams must have a minimum of 5 seats and a maximum of 25 seats.
For thirty days, yes. What we get is a working product made better by your feedback, and proof that this instrument does what we built it to do. That's worth more to us right now than your money.
Published pricing is on the pricing page. Beta teams see it before day 30 — no surprises.
