This isn't a trial you activate alone. We set you up on a call, together, and we stay reachable for the whole thirty days. In exchange, we ask for real usage and honest feedback — including the unflattering kind. That's the whole trade.
We onboard a few companies each week. The pace is set by attention, not marketing.

This isn't an alpha
Rhenari is a finished product, live and transactable today. It runs on Google Workspace and Google Chat, Microsoft 365 and Teams, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Slack. Nothing here is a prototype and nothing deploys into your environment.
What these thirty days test is value. We want to see whether Rhenari's findings change what you do. That's the only open question, and it's the one we want your honest answer on.

We'll work alongside you. We'll set a cadence on the onboarding call. Different teams need different things, so your experience is built around yours. If you need an integration we don't have yet, we'll build it and be there when you switch it on. These are working sessions, not status calls.
Add us to the channel. Rhenari delivers findings into a chat channel, and we'd like to be in it. We see what you see, when you see it — which is how we learn whether a finding actually landed.

Nothing converts automatically.
On day 30, the beta ends. Nothing converts automatically — there's no card on file to charge. The week before, we'll ask where you're leaning, so there's time to do it properly: set you up on a plan and keep you running without interruption, or package your data and reports for a clean exit.
If you continue, you keep more than the product. You keep us — reachable, on the cadence you set. The white-glove treatment isn't a beta perk. Get used to it.
If you don't, you leave with your data, a full report of what your thirty days showed, and our genuine thanks. The export is yours; the deletion is ours. Either way, you'll know more about your organization than you did a month earlier.

On Security
Rhenari stores signals, not content. Message bodies, email, and notes are never written to storage. Rhenari is fully hosted by us; nothing deploys into your environment, and your tenant is isolated at every layer.

Does Rhenari read our messages?
Rhenari stores signals, not content. It reads the structure of work — who did what, when, how often, and how it connects to decisions, projects, and tasks. When content-read classification is enabled, source content is read ephemerally — processed in memory, discarded after classification. The signal is persisted. The content is not. Every content read is gated by consent configured during onboarding.
Is this monitoring our employees?
No. Individual-level data is never surfaced to any user. All outputs are team- and department-level, with minimum group sizes enforced. No keystrokes, no screenshots, no individual performance metrics — the instrument is pointed at the roadmap, not at people.
What does it connect to?
Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Azure DevOps, with delivery in Teams, Google Chat, or Slack. If your stack isn't listed, ask.
What will our IT team want to see?
The security overview and a detailed architecture review, available on request. Rhenari is fully hosted SaaS; nothing deploys into your environment. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, and tenant isolation enforced at every layer.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You get a full export — scored outputs, insights, and configuration — and then we delete your tenant data. Leaving is designed to be clean.
Is there a seat limit for the beta?
Yes. Beta teams must have a minimum of 5 seats and a maximum of 25 seats.
Is it really free?
For thirty days, yes. What we get is a working product made better by your feedback, and proof that this instrument does what we built it to do. That's worth more to us right now than your money.
What does it cost after?
