What Rhenari Is
What is Rhenari?
Rhenari is the MRI for product roadmap execution, allowing product leaders to see inside day-to-day workflows and monitor roadmap alignment in real time. It connects to the collaboration, project management, and development tools your teams already use and surfaces whether execution is actually tracking against the plan — in plain language, delivered where your team already works.
What is continuous roadmap monitoring?
Continuous roadmap monitoring means Rhenari is always running — reading execution signals, identifying drift, and surfacing insights automatically. It is not a quarterly review, a manual health check, or a dashboard you have to interpret yourself. It monitors whether the work happening across your teams aligns with what was planned, and alerts you when it diverges.
What do Momentum and Confidence actually measure?
Momentum measures whether your organization is actually converging on its stated goals. Not velocity (how fast you're moving) or throughput (how much you're producing). Momentum measures directional progress — whether the signals across your tools show alignment between what was planned and what's actually happening.
Confidence measures whether the underlying signal is strong enough to trust the Momentum reading. Low Confidence doesn't mean execution is poor — it means the picture may be incomplete.
Who is Rhenari built for?
VPs of Product and VPs of Engineering at scaling SaaS companies (100–500 employees). Chiefs of Staff often deploy and operationalize Rhenari after purchase. COOs and executive teams benefit from the execution intelligence layer once Rhenari is running at the department level.
Where do I see Rhenari's output?
Daily Momentum and Confidence scores, plain-language insights, and proactive alerts arrive in the Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Workspace channels your team already monitors. When you need to go deeper — review trajectory over time, drill into department-level detail, configure alerts, or work through structured decision workflows — you open the Rhenari workspace, installed as a personal app in your chat platform.
How It's Different
How is Rhenari different from engineering analytics platforms?
Engineering analytics platforms measure the delivery pipeline — cycle time, DORA metrics, deployment frequency, velocity. They answer “how fast are we shipping?” Rhenari answers a different question: “Are we shipping what we planned?” It measures whether execution is aligned with the roadmap, not just whether the pipeline is flowing.
How is Rhenari different from our roadmap tool?
Roadmap tools help you build and communicate the plan. They don't measure whether execution is following it. Rhenari doesn't replace your roadmap tool — it monitors whether the work happening across your teams is actually aligned with the plan your roadmap tool holds.
How is Rhenari different from an AI assistant or copilot?
An AI assistant answers the question you asked. Rhenari surfaces what you didn't know to ask — patterns of drift, misalignment, or friction that exist in your organization's tools but were never flagged by anyone. It reads signals you aren't watching, not just the ones you direct it toward.
Data Access & Privacy
What does Rhenari actually read from our tools?
Rhenari reads signals — who communicated with whom, when, how often, and in what pattern. From delivery tools like Jira and Azure DevOps it reads issue activity, delivery metrics, sprint indicators, and workflow signals. From Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace it reads calendar activity, chat activity, org hierarchy, and group membership. Rhenari stores signals, not content. When classification requires it, source content is processed in memory and discarded — message bodies, email content, calendar notes, and long-form text are never written to storage.
Is this employee surveillance?
No. Rhenari reads organizational patterns, not individual behavior. Individual-level behavioral data is processed inside the analytics engine but never surfaced to any user. All dashboards, alerts, and insights show team and department-level patterns only. Minimum group sizes are enforced. Rhenari does not track individual productivity, monitor keystrokes, capture screenshots, or produce any individual performance metrics.
Does Rhenari ever read message content?
When Rhenari's AI needs to classify an event or assess an execution pattern, it may read source content ephemerally, process it in memory, and immediately discard it. The structured analytical output is persisted. The source content is not. Every content read is gated by explicit channel and scope consent configured during onboarding.
Does Rhenari use our data to train AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train general-purpose AI models, never sold, and never used for advertising. It will be used to improve your experience.
Security & Infrastructure
Does Rhenari deploy anything into our cloud environment?
No. Rhenari is fully Rhenari-hosted SaaS on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. All application services, analytics processing, secret storage, scoring logic, and data storage run on Rhenari-managed infrastructure. Your team installs a personal app in Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Workspace. Nothing is deployed into your cloud environment.
How does Rhenari handle tenant isolation?
Every operation is scoped to your tenant at every layer — identity, API, credential storage, data processing, analytics, and serving. No cross-tenant data is ever in scope for any process or query. A detailed isolation architecture review is available under NDA.
What encryption does Rhenari use?
Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. All application, bot, and integration traffic uses TLS 1.2 or higher.
Who at Rhenari can access our data?
Production data access is restricted, role-gated, and audited. No Rhenari employee accesses tenant data in the normal course of operations. Support access is time-bound, requires documented justification, and is fully logged.
How are integration credentials stored?
Integration credentials are stored in a Rhenari-managed vault, namespaced by tenant and integration. Credentials are never exposed through the UI or included in API responses.
Compliance & Legal
What is Rhenari's compliance posture?
Precise claims only — where certification is incomplete, we say so.
HIPAA: BAA available where applicable, with healthcare-grade privacy controls where contractually required.
GDPR: DPA available. Rhenari acts as Data Processor.
SOC 2: Not yet certified. Type II controls are mapped and operating; an architecture review covering the control set is available on request.
ISO 27001: Not yet certified. Annex A controls are mapped and available for review.
Is a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) available?
Yes. Rhenari acts as Data Processor under GDPR. A DPA is available upon request.
Can Rhenari host our data in a specific region?
Yes. Region-specific hosting is available where contractually required. All data residency commitments are governed by your contract with Rhenari.
Procurement & Pricing
How do we purchase Rhenari?
Purchase Rhenari directly, through Microsoft Marketplace, or through Google Cloud Marketplace. Startup and Growth plans are self-service — subscribe from the listing. Enterprise plans are custom-quoted; contact us for a scoping conversation.
Is Rhenari MACC-eligible?
Yes. Subscriptions purchased through Microsoft Marketplace can count toward your Microsoft Azure Committed Contract, drawing down existing cloud commitments rather than requiring a separate budget line.
What plans are available?
Startup — Product and engineering teams up to 50 people. Self-service onboarding.
Growth — Scaling organizations up to 250 people. Guided onboarding included.
Enterprise — Organizations above 250 people. Minimum 50 seats, with dedicated support, custom integrations, and compliance infrastructure.
Is there a trial?
Yes — a one-month paid trial on Startup and Growth plans. It is MACC-eligible, and if you cancel before Day 30 there is no penalty. The trial is paid because Rhenari begins reading signals and producing scored output from day one; there is no reduced-function tier.
How does billing work?
Marketplace purchases are billed through your existing Microsoft or Google relationship and appear on that consolidated statement — no separate invoice from Rhenari. Direct purchases are invoiced by Rhenari on custom contract terms.
Do we need a separate vendor contract?
Not for self-service Startup or Growth plans bought through a marketplace — that agreement covers the procurement. Enterprise plans may include custom contract terms, SLAs, and compliance addenda negotiated directly with Rhenari.
Implementation & Operations
What tools does Rhenari integrate with?
Our integration list is growing faster than we can keep it updated. If you have questions about a specific integration, reach out at hello@rhenari.com or use the form on the Contact page. Enterprise plans include custom connector development. Additional integrations are in development.
What does onboarding look like?
Startup: Self-service. Your admin installs the app, connects your tools, defines team scope, and Rhenari starts monitoring. No infrastructure deployment, no engineering lift. First confident Momentum score within five days.
Growth: Guided onboarding with the Rhenari team. We help you configure departments, connect integrations, define scoping, and make sure your team is getting value from day one.
Enterprise: Multi-department rollout planning and support, including custom department structure, scoping model, and onboarding sequencing.
How long until we see results?
Rhenari begins reading signals immediately after integration. First Momentum and Confidence scores are typically available within seven days of connecting your tools. Baselines mature over the first few weeks, and Confidence rises as more signal accumulates.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You may request an export of scored output history, insights, alert history, workflow records, and configuration snapshots. Following the export window, Rhenari disables access and deletes tenant data per the offboarding policy and contractual terms. Because nothing is deployed into your environment, there is no infrastructure to tear down.
Still have questions? We're happy to go deeper. Security teams can request a full architecture review under mutual NDA. For anything else, write to us at hello@rhenari.com or security@rhenari.com.
